Q: Is this a new, startup web business?

A: No, The Physician Time Study application has been used by thousands of physicians and practitioners for over five years. If you’re interested in a more effective system for managing your physician time and effort data, please contact us to request a free demo or to obtain more information on features and customization options.

Q: How much will this cost my organization?

We start with a base price for each of the packages listed on the our pricing page. Upon learning more detail about your facility and your detailed data collection and reporting requirements, we can provide a fixed price.

Q: How is pricing determined?

A: The pricing is determined by the number of users (physicians), the number of sites (facilities), and the level of additional customization needed to ensure that your business rules and reporting requirements are built into the system. To receive a pricing quote, contact us with more information about your organization.

Q: Other than general use of the application, what is included in the pricing?

All packages include ongoing server maintenance, dedicated technical support, and upgrades to new versions. For the Hospital package and above, ongoing enhancements and customizations to ensure that the forms and reports mirror your existing tools are included. Also the pricing is fixed for the duration of your use of the application. Review our pricing page to see a detailed listing of the features included in each package.

Q: What if my data collection form does not match the standard data collection form provided in your application?

All Hospital and above packages include customization and enhancement services. Upon signing up to use the application, we will create online copies of your existing data collection forms. Also, we will modify the reports to meet your existing reporting requirements. There is no additional fee for this service for the Hospital and above package.

Q: Do I need to contact your organization if I need to add or remove physician logins from my account?

No, all packages include full access to a Site Administration Panel, which allows you to manage all logins and profiles for your facility.

Q: Can we install this application on our internal web/data servers?

Yes. We can work with your IT personnel to install the application on an internal server, provided that we have access to that server for applying upgrades and fixes.

Q: Is the application compatible with all major web browsers?

Yes, the application can be accessed from any major web browser installed on a computer with internet access.

Q: Who owns the data collected using this application?

The data is yours. If for some reason you discontinue use of the software, we would provide you with a backup of your time study data collected using this application.

Q: How would my facility contact your organization for technical support?

A dedicated Application Support Specialist is assigned to each facility. You would simply need to call or email your dedicated support person regarding any questions or issues and they will ensure that you receive prompt resolution.

Q: What are your business hours and what if someone at my facility needs to contact you after hours?

Our business hours are 8:30AM EST – 5:30PM EST (M-F). However, you may contact your Application Support Specialist at any time regarding any after hours issues.
