The physician's access includes a simple form for reporting data, ability to maintain their password and contact information and ability to generate user (physician) level summary reports.
Improve Time Reporting Compliance
Your physicians and medical practitioners are probably the busiest in the organization. To ensure that their time is reported on-time, we've included automated email reminders to your physicians and medical staff 'gently' reminding them of pending or overdue time reports. Also, all data storage, retention and auditing processes meet HIPAA Electronic Signatures requirements.
On Demand Reporting

Efficient & Accurate Cost Reporting
One of the primary purposes of the Physician Time Study application is to allow your organization to accurately identify the fees paid to physicians on your cost report as allowable Part A time and non-allowable Part B time. The application uses business rules to determine which of the activities/categories on the online timesheet are allowable vs. non-allowable time. You will be able to effectively and quickly complete the Medicare Cost Report, for any time period, without hiring data entry staff to enter paper-based timesheets or managing and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets.
Administrative Interface
All packages include an online data administrator interface. The administration panel allows someone in your organization to have full access to the data and perform tasks such as setting up new physician accounts, updating physician profiles, reviewing and/or approving time data, generating system wide reports and updating business rules.
Data Integration Options
Data interface options are available if you have other data systems that you need to interface with your physician time data. Also, many reports include the ability to download data to .CSV format out of the box. However, customization is available if you have specific data formatting or data feed requirements.
